If you live in or are traveling through the Stayton, Oregon area, we are located in North Santiam Canyon area about 25 miles east of I-5 on Hwy 22 (Salem) enroute to Detroit Lake, Black Butte, Sisters, and Elkhorn . Watch for the first blinking yellow traffic light. Every smoked meat category that we carry has won at least one Grand Champion Award in the past ten years. We have everything you could want from a country meat market counter including a large selection of fresh frozen and refrigerated meat products that are all processed here. We cut our own steaks and grind our own burger. Our popular varieties of sausage are all made here using no fillers just meat.
